TOPANGA JANUARY 2020

Topanga was a project I took on for a successful CEO, who was too busy to make her home away from home in Los Angeles her own.
When I met with her, I found her to be a lover of high fashion and the outdoors. I wanted to make her a space where she could work inside and outside as she had an incredible outdoor space that was not being utilized. She also had to make a lot of public appearances and give speeches. So I wanted her closet to be a haven, and give her the ability to throw together an outfit on the fly.
The main challenge here was storage. In a small space, overcrowding is a common problem. Utilizing space and creating functional storage in all areas is the key to success for a clear mind. I brought in lots of small pieces to add dimension and give endless options for storage and organization.
